A corporate account uses the Microsoft Office Live Communications Server service. Contacts that you add to your personal account include friends and family members. A personal account works with the MSN Messenger service on the Microsoft Passport Network. Microsoft Messenger is a chat client that allows you to connect to the MSN network and chat with buddies online.With Messenger users also have access to common tasks and functions directly from the Dock including signing out of MSN Messenger changing their status transferring files going directly to the MSN Home Page and Hotmail Inbox and viewing their contact list.Messenger for Mac offers two types of communication services a personal account and a corporate account.
